Join author Miranda Paul at the 2017 ITEM Fall Conference at the Marriott Northwest in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Friday, October 6, 2017. Miranda will take part in the various autographing times between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, and will appear on a panel of children's authors in the afternoon between 12:00-2:30 pm. Miranda Paul's book One Plastic Bag is the summer community read for the College of Menominee Nation and library! Join us for a summer wrap-up event on Tuesday, August 15th at the the CMN / Menominee Public Library in Keshena, WI. Time: TBA (late afternoon). Miranda will give a presentation about Isatou Ceesay's recycling efforts to-date, the research involved for the book, and answer questions from community members about writing and global and local environmental activism.
