Skype Visits

On Monday September 29th, Miranda will be visiting schools virtually via Skype and Google Hangouts! Miranda often donates her free time for several days each semester in order to read to kids and answer questions with classrooms around the globe! Please note that Miranda is now completely booked for the spring 2018 semester. If you are interested in a visit for the fall of 2018 or 2018-2019 school year, please remember to get your visit request in early.

On January 30, author Miranda Paul will join the Washington Middle School students in Oconto Falls for a day of exploring inspiration and perseverance as she discusses the research and subject matter of her award-winning books such as One Plastic Bag. Although school visits are often closed to the general public, members of the media and press, as well as parents, are invited to contact the school’s main office for permission to attend or interview the guest speaker. World Read Aloud Day is fast approaching! The big day is on Thursday February 1st, and I’ll be Skyping 7 lucky classrooms! I’ll spend 20 minutes reading whichever book your classroom chooses, plus one of my childhood favorites, and answering a few questions.
