Salisbury University Children’s Literature Festival

The Children’s and Young Adult Literature Festival at Salisbury University will focus on diverse voices in Children’s and Young Adult Literature this year. Highlights include an exhibit of original art by Caldecott honor recipient Bryan Collier, talks by this year’s Newbery Award winning author Kwame Alexander, two award winning authors from Australia (Susanne Gervay and James Roy), Green Earth Book Award winning author Teena Gorrow, and activist Isatou Ceesay from Gambia joined by Miranda Paul of We Need Diverse Books.
The Salisbury University Children’s Literature Festival April 11-13, 2015. As part of the festival, Miranda Paul and Isatou Ceesay will visit schools, give public presentations, and be part of the member dinner.
