Miranda Paul chosen to compete in March Madness Poetry

It’s been a long time since Miranda played basketball, but this March she’s playing a different sport—poetry! Miranda Paul is one of the selected applicants for this year’s event, which is now underway.

In the “biggest kids’ poetry tournament ever conceived,” 64 authletes are given 24 hours or so to compose original poems using difficult words. And you get to vote at Madness Poetry!

Voting is open to students, classrooms, writers, and the general public. Come check out Miranda Paul’s Round One Poem, using the word “topple.”
