I Am Farmer: Growing An Environmental Movement in Cameroon

Join authors Miranda Paul and Baptiste Paul with special guest environmentalist Farmer Tantoh at this year’s Title I conference in Wisconsin Dells. The co-authors and the subject of their newest book, I Am Farmer: Growing an Environmental Movement in Cameroon will be presenting on how diverse STEM titles bring inclusion and equity to the Title I classroom, and why not only reading about—but meeting!—authors and heroes with similar backgrounds as the kids we serve is necessary for motivating and reaching our students. The trio will be signing books at the SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators) booth of the exhibit hall during the afternoon of April 4, 2019 before and after their presentation.

Books will be available for purchase and signing! Don’t forget to snap a photo with the renowned environmentalist and subject of the book, who is visiting Wisconsin all the way from Cameroon, Africa.
