Spring I AM FARMER Tour begins soon; NINE MONTHS gets three stars

It’s almost spring—even if some parts of the country don’t look that way!

If you haven’t yet, check out the Events Calendar, which lists the I Am Farmer tour events. Catch authors Miranda Paul and Baptiste Paul along with environmentalist Farmer Tantoh Nforba while he is in the United States this March, April, and May! I Am Farmer has received favorable reviews from The Horn Book, Kirkus, School Library Journal, and Booklist. If you haven’t yet gotten the chance to “meet” Farmer Tantoh, make sure to watch this YouTube video.

For inquiries about adding a visit or event to the tour at your school or organization, please contact assistant Judy Cooper ASAP at [email protected]. (Note: The majority of the tour is fully booked.)

Later this spring—on April 23 to be exact—Miranda Paul’s new book, Nine Months: Before a Baby is Born will hit bookstores worldwide! Congratulations on the three starred reviews—from Booklist, Kirkus, and Publisher’s Weekly. Additionally, the book got a favorable review from The Horn Book and is slated to appear in several regional and national publications. Illustrations by Caldecott-honor winning illustrator Jason Chin bring together the science and emotion of a new baby’s arrival. Click here to learn more about Nine Months. And, if you’re expecting, sign up for Miranda Paul’s newsletter to find out how you can be part of a campaign for women to share their pregnancy stories and photos and enter to win a copy of Nine Months.
