Children’s author Miranda Paul will join the lineup for Norfolk Public Library’s 23rd Annual Norfolk Public Library Literature Festival in Norfolk, Nebraska on July 29, 2017. Young writers will be able to attend a writing workshop and families will also get the chance to hear from Miranda and ask questions at a special presentation during the festival.
